    Somatic therapy can help with anxiety as it focuses on the physical experience in the body to discover the cause of your anxiety.

    Somatic processing is a body centered approach to treating trauma that helps you to move beyond your thoughts and into a new way of processing your trauma.

    By learning to “sit” with our feelings of depression rather than suppress, which is our normal tendency you can learn to manage your depression.

    Are you feeling disconnected from your inner world and soul? If you need space to slow down and hear from God, this is a dedicated time for you to be still and meet with God and also to talk through any issues you might be having.
